AKReal 8.3 update by Retrofan installed on top of AmiKit 8.3 (see below)

- ADDED:   New wallpapers "Jessica_AlbaB&W" and "A4000".
- ADDED:   New patterns "StartMenuBrown" and "StartMenuGrey".
- ADDED:   New start menu uses a grey pattern now.
- CHANGED: Wait commands of BDSlide and BDWatch launchers to avoid possible freeze during startup.
- CHANGED: HipClone theme bar width to 2mm.
- CHANGED: AmiStart and TinyMeter Magellan bar show MacLikeDock icon if RTG is detected.
- CHANGED: Added Boxx2 item to start menu, AmiStart and Workbench2000 bar.
- CHANGED: MorphOS skin for AmigaAMP, now remapped to 256 colors.
- CHANGED: MacLikeDock position shifted a bit higher (RTG required).
- FIXED:   "Better Config" script for Workbench.
